TAP plans, clearly explained.

Allowances and separate capabilities

• Additional physical items: $1 per additional physical TAP/NFC item per month for quantity-limited paid plans (Pro and Business). This does not apply to Free or Business Unlimited. No annual extra-item offer is defined.
• QR is distinct: QR records do not count as physical NFC items. Direct QR requires its own separate entitlement; it is not automatically included in a plan or Connected Sites.
• People: administrator allowances are not employee limits. There is no general commercial team-member seat cap at launch. Membership, roles and tenant/resource authority still apply.
• Forms: Pro includes up to 3 active Forms. Business and Business Unlimited have no normal commercial active-Forms count cap. Safely archiving an eligible active Form can free current capacity; historical Forms and completed submissions are preserved under existing rules.
• Unlimited: no normal commercial count cap does not waive abuse controls, security, storage or technical/platform limits.
• Other capabilities: API access and custom domains are not automatically included merely because a plan is Business Unlimited.

Connected Sites: TAP-managed integrations

TAP/OWNER MANAGED — NOT GENERALLY OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS. Connected Sites is not a public paid add-on or a normal plan inclusion. TAP explicitly provisions or approves integrations for properties it owns, builds, operates or approves. There is no public launch price or self-service purchasing, and arbitrary third-party compatibility is not certified.

Changing a base plan does not automatically grant, revoke or delete an approved Site. Existing Site status, feature, option, resource, limit and capability checks still govern its operation.

Requesting a plan change

1. Create your account or sign in.
2. Submit a plan-change request through the existing account workflow.
3. TAP reviews the request. Approval is not fulfillment.
4. An operator explicitly applies the approved plan change. Only then does the canonical plan change.

The request itself does not charge you or instantly activate a paid plan. Any payment arrangements are handled separately; this page is not a checkout, automatic subscription, proration or refund promise.

A downgrade may restrict new excluded or over-limit operations. Existing legitimate records and stable Card identities/URLs are not arbitrarily deleted or reassigned. Cancellation is not account deletion; data requests follow the separate Privacy/support process and applicable record needs.
